FRUA NorCal
Our chapter serves adoptive families throughout northern California who are members of the national Families for Russian & Ukrainian Adoption organization: www.frua.org. Though FRUA members reside across America, we are one community set up to support each other and offer hope, help to educate each other, and bring our children together to celebrate their cultural heritage. We have the common bond of adoption.
